ONLINE: Democracy in times of Corona - Defining standards of democracy

The Covid-19 crisis has drastically impacted the lives of people around the world and put our communities under enormous pressure. In these times, more than ever it is necessary that we exchange information and experiences across borders. But we also need to stay vigilant, develop appropriate measures and competences and support each other.

This is why we would like to extend an open invite to our Online Democracy-Jam, to define quality standards for democracy in times of a  health crisis.

The meeting will take place online, via Zoom on Tuesday 5 May, from 16h00-18h00 CET

Since the beginning of March, democracy developers have been discussing a democracy policy agenda resulting from this crisis.

One result of this exchange is, the establishment of an international democracy monitor, on which current democracy restrictions are collected. Which we will present to you during the call and for which we would love to have your assistance.
