ONLINE: Citizens Take Over Europe x Conference on the Future of Europe 2.0

Democracy International and the Citizens Take Over Europe coalition are organising the second in a series of events to develop and discuss thematic and concrete policy proposals for the future of Europe. Next up is the topic of "Climate change and the environment"!

On June 29, 18:30-19:45 CEST we will discuss EU climate policy proposals with:

Erwin Mayer, Mehr Demokratie Austria;

Roman Tiefenbacher, Fridays for Future Vienna;

Andrea Salimbeni, Price for Carbon European Citizens' Initiative and

Caroline Thurner, Extinction Rebellion.

Each expert will take up one topic (climate & democracy, biodiversity, pollution) and lead a Zoom breakout room on their respective topic. The final agreed proposals will be submitted by Citizens Take Over Europe on the official online platform of the Conference
