Democracy Festival

With the festival, Democracy International, Mehr Demokratie and Düsseldorfer Jugendring bring young people together with politicians and local organisations, experience democracy in workshops, at information and participation stands and combine the whole event with art, culture, live music and fun! We look forward to celebrating democracy together with you! The main topics of the festival are: Climate and democracy, anti-racism, intersectionality and other forms of discrimination, strategies against right-wing extremism and conspiracy myths, media competence and innovative forms of youth participation and co-determination.
