Our training sessions are based on the latest insights in Personnel Development (PE), Organizational Development (OE), and Democracy Development (DE), as outlined in the Transformation Design Toolbook developed by the UBA. This handbook provides proven DIY materials to help you make your projects more sustainable and effective.
We will show you how to use Canvas methods to optimize and further develop your trainings and meetings. A special focus will be placed on co-creative collaboration, which is essential for achieving long-term and sustainable results.
