The State Constitutional Convention Clearinghouse is a project of iSolon.org. Its mission is to educate the public about upcoming periodic referendums on whether to call a U.S. state constitutional convention. Fourteen U.S. states have the periodic constitutional convention referendum, with the period ranging from every ten to twenty years.
