HISTORY

The Institute for Policy Evaluation and Research (IPER) was established by young people from Liberia who have been part of numerous research efforts in the African region and would like to use their expertise to fill African’s many research gaps. These young people have, from their experiences working on the continent, identified the lack of data as one major problem that hinders sustained advocacy and improved governance on the continent.
