iEARN Côte d'Ivoire is a NPO dedicated to equipping youth for effective civic participation. iEARN Côte d'Ivoire has to deal with the more pressing issues facing citizenship. And for African countries these issues refer to unemployment, livelihood, financial inclusion, poverty alleviation, democracy... Therefore as a NPO iEARN Côte d'Ivoire has but advocacy as its major tool for a holistic and transitional approach to better direct democracy implemented with youth participation.
