Lempert, Ted

Ted Lempert is the President of Children Now, a policy, research and advocacy organization based in Oakland. Mr. Lempert was a California State Assemblymember for 8 years representing San Mateo and Santa Clara Counties and served as chair of the Assembly Higher Education Committee and co-chair of the Joint Committee to Develop a Master Plan for Education. He graduated from Princeton University and earned his JD at Stanford University.
