I serve as a President of Regional union of NGOs -Plovdiv, Bulgaria - and Sen. researcher in Association NEOCHRON. In the past I was Member of the Parliament and I taught at a university of Plovdiv. I created a new model for Direct Democracy - Rotation Democracy - that was implemented few times in the Plovdiv Municipality - 1998-2003 - may be FIRSTLY in Europe - and also the last year on regional level (Plovdiv Region).
