I am the secretary General in research of policy and research in the biggest opposition party called Forum For Democratic Change.I come from Uganda where democracy is not only threatened by growing authoritarianism but also people are loosing interest in participating in elections.My work is to design the policy agenda and grassroots structure enabling the party to draw back citizens into participating in elections.
