Dr Pippie Hugues is a Policy Analyst/Researcher in the Governance and Democracy . He holds a PhD in International Law with specialty in Human Rights, Conflict and Peace building. He equally holds an LLM in International Human Rights Law all from the University of Buea. Additionally, he holds and Advance Certificate in Peace building and Conflict Transformation , and an Executive Diploma in Disaster Risk Management.
