HISTORY
I am the founder of the Initiative & Referendum Institute at the University of Southern California, a co-founder of the Initiative & Referendum Institute Europe and a board member of Democracy International. I have written numerous articles and books on direct democracy and have been interviewed by media outlets around the world.
