Cole Speidel is senior program manager focused on NDI's Local and Regional Democratic Governance. He assists NDI's country offices in supporting local governments and civil society in designing and delivering more effective, responsive and accountable local-level governance. His current efforts include a guide for local government processes to better access and respond to public feedback (Find, Solve, Tell).
