For a number of years, I have engaged the international community with ways of resolving their differences through the use of ballot and referendum initiatives that make the efforts of achieving solutions attainable. This "political engineering" of democracy often scares the traditional, disorderly corrupt practices that seek to control democracy. I will teach how to break away and shield yourselves from it.
