I currently serve as the Mayor of Albany California, after being elected to the City Council in 2020. Albany is one of the only cities in the US to use multi-seat Ranked-Choice-Voting to elect our City Council and School Board, after an effort I helped lead in 2020. I also sit on the board for the ProRep Coalition, a nonprofit seeking to advance Proportional Representation in California.
