At the end of the 2019 Global Forum on Modern Direct Democracy, representatives from ten world cities gathered in Taipei, Taiwan, to establish an International League of Democratic Cities. They built on the process that was kicked of in Rome in 2018, where a first draft for a "Magna Charta for Democracy Cities" was drafted, which has since been signed, supported or considered by dozens of cities around the world.
If your city is interested in joining the International League of Democracy Cities, you can find more info on that here.
