The American Voters Freedom Act
1. All peoples who reside in the United States and all of its terrritories upon achieving their 17th birthday shall be automatically registered to vote. This right is inalienable.
2. Residency shall be defined as having resided within the United States or its territories for at least 10 years.
3. All challenges to a particular individuals right to vote shall be determined post election. Let the votes be counted and questions asked later.
4. Proof of identity shall include but not me limited to, official government identification papers, or whatever biometric markers prove the most convenient. Fingerprints, cheek-swabs(for DNA), retinal scans or photos taken at the polling station can all can be used to be eligible to vote. The easy identification question should be periodically revisited to track technologic progress.
5. All voters shall have the option of voting by mail. In person voting shall be at the convenience and
