Politics of the Underrepresented: Transnational Citizens' Panel

The Transnational Citizens' Panel in Malta will be exploring the role of underrepresented groups (including women, youth, LGBTIQ persons, persons with a disability, persons from peripheral areas and migrants) in strengthening democracy and the rule of law at an EU level. The aim is to gather views on the role of the EU in the world to co-design recommendations on EU policies towards global issues.

Joining the Panel, there will be participants from all over Europe in a 3 day workshop to discuss underrepresentation and political engagement in the light of the findings of the first national meeting. The workshop will be held between the 2nd – 4th April 2025 at ODYCY Hotel Qawra.
